ACCOMMODATION WITH PETS
We will be glad to welcome you and your lovely four-legged companions.:
- pets — cats and small dogs;
- Service dogs and guide dogs.
To check into the hotel, you must have veterinary documents of the established standard: a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian — this will help us make sure that your pet is in excellent shape.
Please note that no more than one pet can stay in one room.
Hotel rules of conduct:
We strive to create a warm and cozy atmosphere for all our guests, where you can enjoy your vacation with your pet without disturbing the comfort of other guests.:
- Please do not leave pets unattended in the room.;
- Pets must be on a leash/harness or in a special carrier in the public areas of the hotel.;
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and fitness center (except for service dogs);
- The sign "A pet lives in this room" on the door handle informs the staff about a special guest.;
- room cleaning is carried out only in the absence of a pet or in your presence if the pet is on a leash or in a carrier.;
- To keep the area clean, please use disposable cleaning bags for your pet during a walk.
Cost of pet placement:
The additional payment for pet accommodation is 3 500 rubles for the entire period of stay (including 20% VAT).
At the discretion of the hotel, a deposit of 10 000 rubles for each pet — as a guarantee to cover possible damage to property. The deposit is fully refunded upon check-out after checking the room if there is no damage.

Important!
The hotel strictly prohibits living with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse further accommodation to the guest in case of aggressive, inappropriate or noisy behavior of the pet.
